Assembly

Which material properties the plastics achieve depends on the subsequent bonding process.

Only as a result of this do the plastic parts achieve their function.

In our assembly process, different individual components are attached to higher quality assemblies and modules. A successful component emerges from the correct interplay between sophisticated design, careful material selection and coordinated processes in the assembly process. The bonding technique is closely related to the overall product development. On our assembly lines, various individual components are attached to higher quality assemblies and modules. We offer a comprehensive service right through to final assembly in our own company.

Assembly

Customised assembly lines for series-production plastic parts

Mechanical connections and adhesive bonds have been used at Jaksche for decades. Through the accessibility of connecting elements and built-in parts, process-safe assembly lines are a basic requirement to ensure unnecessary movement patterns of specialist staff.

We implement this in our own customised assembly lines for series-production plastic parts. Our fitters possess solid qualifications in the field of screw and bonding technology. With screw connections, the setting of the speed and the tightening cycle is tailored to the thermal and mechanical properties of the chosen plastic.

Door panels or cabin parts are designed to be thermally insulating, sound-dampening and robust against chemicals and the influence of weather conditions. Plastic parts can be manufactured with integrated threads and fasteners in small and medium-scale production without any problems.
