Networked production

Optimum tool provision

In addition to the manufacture of tools, Jaksche follows the path to networked production. To make tools easier to locate and to provide the tools required in the best possible way, Jaksche focusses on particular data and process integration solutions, in which the dimensions and storage location of each tool are saved.

The software records the removal of a tool and generates a notification from the system regarding which stocks are available and which tools are still available.

This ensures the availability of the tools, and possible stoppages are prevented due to production equipment being defective or unable to be located. In the future, the service lives of the tools will be digitally recorded and requirements logged. The service package should be supplemented with mould life cycle management.

This is a collaborative platform that enables the exchange of information (cycle times, location, output quantities, etc.) and transparency over the entire period of use of the tools using a plug-and-play monitoring device.

The next phase of expansion is the evaluation of the overall equipment effectiveness for all the various machinery items in order to reduce configuration times, increase machine running times and to make necessary servicing measures foreseeable.
